The project aims at elaborating a strategy for the involvement of citizens in the process of taking decisions at local level. The project has been designed with the cooperation of the Municipality of Kaspichan, a small town in central northeastern Bulgaria, part of Shumen Province.
Mapping local resources and elaborating a cultural plan for the city is a milestone of the project.
