Adele carries out education and training activities especially based on non formal methodology. In the field of Education & Training expertise is offered in the following sectors: design thinking and problem solving, entrepreneurship, EU programmes, placemaking and urban regeneration.
With the aim of improving the entrepreneurial mindset of young people and adults Adele carries out projects at national and supra-national level.
The StartHub project was carried out in cooperation with the University of Shumen. The project allowed 20 students to be part of a non formal training in order to better understand the potential of entrepreneurship in their sector of interest.
The project Eutopia-lab is a non formal training course carried out in Italy that involved 10 participants helping them in defining their business idea and the possibility to use EU funds for their development. Adele staff participated as trainers to the course.
