COEXIST aims to foster the social inclusion of Ukrainian refugees in Romania and Bulgaria through the establishment of Community Centers for social innovation. These centers will serve as hubs for cultural exchange, social enterprise development, and community engagement, leveraging local resources and stakeholder collaboration to support refugee integration.

- Community Centers for Social Innovation — establishment of two Community Centers, one in Romania and one in Bulgaria, to provide a supportive environment for social innovation and inclusion activities.
- Governance Structures and Partnership Frameworks — development of robust governance and partnership frameworks to ensure effective coordination, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
- Best Practices Collection and Analysis — identification and analysis of best practices in social inclusion across Europe to inform project activities and strategies.
- Mentorship Mastery Program — training and support for local mentors to guide the social inclusion of Ukrainian refugees, promoting cultural competency and integration.
- Local Community and Stakeholder Engagement — initiatives to engage local communities and stakeholders through workshops, seminars, and cultural exchange events, fostering a welcoming environment for refugees.
